Da meine Mitbewohnerin Ende November leider auszieht, suche ich ab dem 1. Dezember jemanden, der sich mit mir unsere wunderschöne Altbauwohnung direkt am Plux teilt. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Alle Möbel bleiben drin, sodass das Zimmer sofort bezugsfertig ist. Es hat große Fenster, die viel Licht hereinlassen, und liegt zur Straßenseite. Das Zimmer ist für drei Monate verfügbar, also noch bis Ende Februar, da unsere Vermieter die Wohnung eigentlich verkaufen möchten. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung komplett ausgestattet – wir haben eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt. Die Miete beträgt 690 € inklusive allem (auch Versicherung), was für die Lage und die Wohnung wirklich ein super Preis ist.

As my roommate is unfortunately moving out at the end of November, I am looking for someone to share our beautiful apartment directly next to Plux with me from December 1st. The room is very spacious and equipped with everything you need. All the furniture will stay in it, so the room is ready for immediate occupancy. It has large windows that let in lots of light and faces the street. The room is available for three months, i.e. until 28. Feb, as our landlords actually want to sell the apartment. Apart from that, the apartment is fully equipped - we have a washing machine and a dishwasher. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The rent is €690 including everything (also insurance), which is a really great price for the location and the apartment.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, vor allem, wenn man im EU-Viertel arbeitet. Sie liegt direkt am Place du Luxembourg, wo es einen kleinen Supermarkt gibt. Zum Bus läuft man nur ein paar Minuten, und auch die Metro-Stationen erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten.

The location of the apartment is great, especially if you work in the EU district. It is right next to Place du Luxembourg, where there is also a small supermarket. The bus stop is only a few minutes' away and the metro stations can also be reached in around 10 minutes by foot.
Kurz zu mir: Ich bin 23 Jahre alt und mache derzeit ein Praktikum in Brüssel, das ebenfalls bis Ende Februar geht. Am Wochenende treffe ich gerne Freunde oder mache Sport und würde mich freuen, wenn dies hier keine reine Zweck-WG wird. Idealerweise suchst du also auch eine Mitbewohnerin mit einem ähnlichen Lebensrhythmus unter der Woche.
