Die Wohung liegt im siebten Stock (mit Lift) und hat drei Zimmer. Alle Zimmer (inklusive Bad und Küche) sind frisch renoviert. Das Zimmer hat einen separaten Eingang zum Balkon. Die Küche und das Bad sind voll möbliert, die einzelnen Zimmer sind es jedoch nicht.
Das Foto zeigt das Zimmer noch im unrenovierten Zustand.

Man benötigt ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur S-Bahn Haltestelle Brunn/ Maria-Enzersdorf.
Es liegen verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Gehweite und um zum SCS zu gelangen braucht man ca 6 Minuten mit dem Auto.
Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist ruhig gelegen und man hat vom Balkon eine schöne Aussicht auf das grüne Umland.

Wir sind beide Studenten und suchen deswegen noch jemanden für unsere WG (für mindestens ein Jahr). Wir sind eher an einer ruhigen WG interessiert, aber machen auch gerne mal eine kleine Party mit Freunden. Desweiteren kochen wir ab und an gerne zusammen.
