18 sq m room in a student’s flat ( 3rd floor looking at BME Univ. garden and at the river Danube), separated with own/private key) to rent for a non-smoker student for a semester (for 5 or 6 months). 1 min walk to M4 underground, 2 mint to tram 47, 49 and bus 7 stops. BME just the next door! Corvinus, ELTE and Moholy-Nagy universities, food shops, restaurants, exhibition rooms and the downtown are nearby. Wifi and 500 Mb/sec cable Internet connection, fully equipped kitchen, too.
Rent 360€/month including all the costs/utilities. Available from 2 February 2025 to 31 July 2025. There are 4 separated nice, furnished bedrooms in the flat of 100 sq m with 2 bathrooms, available for students only. Rent including all fees and costs/1 month, and 150€+150€ caution is necessary.

The flat was renewed and - mostly - newly furnitured 8 years earlier. Equipped: • common lobby area: Internet wifi (+ 500 Mbit cable router) , TV set, 1st refrigerator, lobby desk with 4 chairs. • Kitchen: equipped (grill/gas and microwave oven, washmachine, dishwasher, 2nd refrigerator, toaster, cupboards with cups, plates, etc. ). • bathroom with a shower and toilet • 2nd bathroom with a bathtub and toilet • guest toilet with lavatory . The bedrooms are separable and private locked each.
It is in Buda: cafés, galleries outlook to the BME "K" building, BME garden, the river Duna and Corvinus univ. BME entry/gate is next door.
Quite quarter, Security is more reliable than in Pest. To Corvinus University you have walk to cross the Danube through the bridge Szabadsag 1 min to the building.

Budapest centrum is nearby. Outlook to the Danube from the window.

Smoking is forbidden in the flat and in the whole buildiing, too.

You have to clean your room on your own. Cleaning the common premises shared by the tenants according to their spaecial agreement.
Cleaning and cleaning materials are not included in the rent, however, there are starter sets for washing powder, dishwasher and for toilet papers.
The building is an old one (more than 100 years old) with open corridors around an internal yard. Our neighbors hate noisy parties that sounds loudly in the closed internal yard.
Parking is difficult and the fee is 600 Ft/hour on workdays between 8am 18pm. You may rent a bike in front of hotel Gellért, 1 min to there.
