The area is also one of the safest in town, so you can feel comfortable and protected here at any time.

The building impresses with a large, round corridor in the middle and a bright courtyard that floods the house with plenty of daylight. In der WG leben aktuell zwei junge Frauen: Eine von ihnen ist berufstätig, die andere Erasmus-Studentin, die jedoch bald auszieht. Daher könnte die Wohnung auch von zwei neuen Personen bezogen werden. Die WG zeichnet sich durch eine entspannte und harmonische Atmosphäre aus – gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme, Offenheit und ein unkompliziertes Miteinander stehen bei uns im Vordergrund.

The apartment belongs to my family for decades. I myself currently live for my studies in Germany, but I take care of the rental and communication. It is important to us that all tenants feel comfortable in the apartment and we ensure a reliable and uncomplicated handling. If problems occur, my parents are on site in Budapest and are at your disposal with an open ear and active support at any time.

The rental contract will be issued to you in Hungarian and English so that everything is clear and transparent. The deposit is two hot rents

Die Wohnung gehört seit Jahrzehnten meiner Familie. Ich selbst wohne aktuell für mein Studium in Deutschland, kümmere mich aber um die Vermietung und Kommunikation. Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich alle Mieter*innen in der Wohnung wohlfühlen, und wir sorgen für eine zuverlässige und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Sollten einmal Probleme auftreten, sind meine Eltern vor Ort in Budapest und stehen dir mit einem offenen Ohr und tatkräftiger Unterstützung jederzeit zur Seite.

Der Mietvertrag wird dir in ungarischer und englischer Sprache ausgestellt, damit alles klar und transparent ist. Die Kaution beträgt zwei Warmmieten
