Auf dich wartet ein Eckzimmer. Es ist hell und liegt an einer sehr ruhigen Straße. Küche (ca. 14m²) und Bad (ca. 9m²) mit Fenster sind großzügig geschnitten. Alles vor etwa 6 Jahren komplett anspruchsvoll saniert. 40.000er Kabel-Internet! Es ist bereits alles da, nur du fehlst noch:]
3 Supermärkte und eine schöne Grüngärten in der Nachbarschaft, Uni (Reichenhainer Str.) nur 10 Min mit Rad entfernt. Bushaltestelle 2 Min. zu Fuß, dann 10 Min in die Innenstadt.
Das WG-Leben ist locker, gern zu Bier, Wein und Diskussionen bereit. Zwei junge Kerls die ihren Master machen wären mit dir. Man hilft sich gegenseitig und auf Sauberkeit wird geachtet. Lernt euch einfach mal kennen.
Ich würde gerne einen Kleiderschrank (2 Jahre alt, 3-türig) da lassen. Einzugstermin kann variabel sein, aber Anfang/Mitte April ist das Ziel. Ich möchte jedoch deine feste Zusage früher und wer zu erst kommt, malt natürlich auch zu erst.
