Das Zimmer ist ca. 17qm groß und erwischt die morgendliche Sonne und Blick auf unseren Hinterhof und Garten. Wenn du im Bett liegst siehst du Stuck an der Decke, angrenzend an dein Zimmer ist direkt die Küche. In der Wohnung gibt es außerdem einen Kachelofen, in deinem Zimmer eine Heizung. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr gemütlich. Der Altbau mit Dielenboden, alten Türen und Loggia lässt alternativo-Herzen höher schlagen. Zudem kann der große Garten und der Dachboden mitgenutzt werden. Das Zimmer wird ohne Möbel übergeben. Alles was man so braucht ist in der WG vorhanden.
The room is about 17 sqm and catches the morning sun and and looking out of the window you can see the garden and our backyard. When you lie in bed you will see stucco on the ceiling and the kitchen is directly next to your room. There is also a tiled stove in the apartment and heating in your room. The apartment is generally very cozy. The old building with floorboards, old doors and loggia will make alternative hearts beat faster. You can also use the large garden and the attic. The room will be handed over without furniture. Everything you need is available in the shared flat.
Die Wohnung liegt auf dem nördlichen Sonnenberg. Egal ob es dich in deiner Freizeit in den Zeisig-Wald, in den Baumarkt, in die Uni-Bibliothek oder zum Bahnhof und bloß raus aus Chemnitz treibt – alles ist in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder noch schneller mit dem Rad zu erreichen.
The apartment is located on the northern Sonnenberg. Whether you want to spend your free time in the forest, at the DIY store, in the university library or at the train station and just out of Chemnitz - everything can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot or even faster by bike.
Deine potenziellen neuen Mitbewohnis sind Anna und Dörthe. Mehr über uns erzählen wir dir dann sehr gern.
Wir gestalten gerne gemeinsam Alltag, wenn wir nicht gerade bei der Lohnarbeit oder in der Uni sind. Da erkunden wir gerne Chemnitz oder machen zusammen gemütlich Abendbrot auf der Loggia und spielen eine Runde Darts. Uns ist es lieb, unser zuhause zu öffenen und Menschen einzuladen, z.B. bei ausgiebigen Brunches, die den ganzen Tag lang dauern.
