Du suchst eine WG mit netten Leuten, Spieleabenden, Balkon und Sauna im Keller.
Dann lies weiter! :
Dein Zimmer befindet sich in einer 2017 neu erbauten Wohnung in einem sanierten Altbau. Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder (super praktisch in einer 4er-WG) und eine große Wohnküche mit separatem Essbereich.
Von der Küche kommst du auf den Balkon, der dir einen tollen Ausblick auf Chemnitz bietet und zum gemeinsamen Grillen einlädt.
Da das Fenster deines Zimmers auf den Innenhof geht, ist das Schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster kein Problem.
Außerdem gibt es in der Wohnung einen Fahrradkeller, ein Kellerabteil und einen Dachboden. Platz für deine Sachen ist also auf jeden Fall genug vorhanden.
Als kleines Add-on gibt es im Keller eine Sauna, die nach Rücksprache mit dem Hauseigentümer genutzt werden kann.
Nun zu deinen Mitbewohnern:
Du wirst mit Ricco, Jannis und Joshua zusammen wohnen. Ricco arbeitet von zu Hause aus und ist daher tagsüber immer für einen kurzen Plausch zu haben. Er geht gerne auf Festivals, liebt Techno und hält sich mit diversen Sportarten fit, ansonsten ist er immer für Neues zu begeistern und macht gerne mit, wenn ihr zum Beispiel in der Küche steht.
Jannis ist Masterstudent und seine
Leidenschaft ist Sport. Außerdem kocht er fast täglich und genießt es immer, gemeinsame Abende in der WG zu verbringen.
Da bald ein Zimmer in der WG frei wird, könnt auch ihr das WG-Leben der Zukunft mitgestalten. Das Zimmer ist ab sofort verfügbar, ihr könnt also sofort einziehen! Die Wohnung ist außerdem 15 Gehminuten vom Campus entfernt, sodass ihr jeden Tag zu Fuß dorthin gelangen könnt. Auch in die Innenstadt sind es 10 Minuten.
Sämtliche Nebenkosten sind im Preis inbegriffen.
Die Zimmermöbel sind für 200 € inklusive. Darin enthalten sind: Bett, Matratze, Vorhänge, Kleiderschrank, Sofa, Kommode, Bücherregal, Kleiderbügel, Beistelltisch, Spiegel, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl.

Are you looking for a shared apartment with nice people, game nights, a balcony and a sauna in the basement.
Then read on! :
Your room is in a new apartment built in 2017 in a renovated old building. The apartment has two bathrooms (super practical in a shared apartment of 4) and a large kitchen with a separate dining area.
From the kitchen you come to the balcony, which offers you a great view of Chemnitz and invites you to have a barbecue together.
Since the window of your room looks out onto the inner courtyard, sleeping with the window open is no problem.
There is also a bicycle cellar, a basement compartment in the apartment and an attic. So there is definitely enough space for your things.
As a small add-on, there is a sauna in the basement that can be used after consulting the house owner.
Now to your roommates:
You will live with Ricco, Jannis and Joshua. Ricco works from home and is therefore always available for a quick chat during the day. He likes going to festivals, loves techno and keeps fit with various sports, otherwise he is always enthusiastic about new things and likes to join you when you are in the kitchen, for example.
Jannis is a master's student and his
passion is sports. He also cooks almost every day and always enjoys spending evenings together in the shared apartment.
Since a room in the shared apartment will soon be available, you will also be able to help shape the shared apartment life of the future. The room is now available, so you can move in now! The place is also 15 minutes walking to the campus, so you can get there by foot everyday. It is also 10 minutes far away from the city center.
All the bills are included in the price.
