Das Zimmer ist möbliert aber du kannst es ganz nach Ihrem Geschmack gestalten. .
Wir haben 2 Toiletten, es gibt also keine Warteschlangen vor der Toilette:)))
Die angegebene Gesamtmiete enspricht der Miete inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom, Heizung, Wlan, GEZ.
Das Haus liegt im Stadtzentrum und ist 4 Gehminuten von der Bushaltestelle und 3,4 Gehminuten vom Markt entfernt.
Normalerweise treffen wir uns am Wochenende und unternehmen etwas, manchmal haben wir natürlich auch Filmabende , Spielabende, ansonsten hat jeder sein eigenes Privatleben.
Für die WG wünschen wir uns ein unkompliziertes, entspanntes zusammenleben.
Dabei ist uns Zuverlässigkeit und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig.
Wir grillen im Garten. Manchmal grillen wir bei schönem Wetter.
Natürlich mit Anmeldung bitte nicht fragen nach Anmeldung. Sie können für kurze oder längere Zeit bleiben.
Wenn du Interesse hast uns und vorallem deine zukünftigen deine Mitbewohner mal kennenzulernen dann schreib mir gerne eine Nachricht mit einer kleinen Vorstellung und vielleicht sieht man sich ja bald.
