Das schöne Zimmer ist hell und lichtdurchflutet durch seine beiden Fenster und dank der Dachschräge hat es einen gemütlichen Charme. Der warme Laminatboden sorgt für ein tolles Wohlfühl-Ambiente.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer schönen und gepflegten Dachgeschosswohnung in einer Stadtvilla in Coburg.

Eine Bushaltestelle und ein Supermarkt, sowie ein Bäcker sind direkt vor der Tür.
In die Innenstadt läuft man zu Fuß in 10-12 Minuten, ebenso wie zur Hochschule. Mit dem Fahrrad geht das alles natürlich noch schneller.
Der Bahnhof und die B4 sind ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Somit ist die Lage sehr zentral und eine gute strategische Ausgangsposition.

Die Wohnung teilst du dir mit 2 Mitbewohner*innen. Da es sich um eine WG-Neugründung handelt, kann gerne ein Freund/Freundin von dir mit einziehen oder du kannst auch gerne bei der Mitbewohner*innen Suche mitwirken.

Das musst du aber nicht, wenn du nicht möchtest :-)

Aktuell wird die Wohnung noch fertiggestellt.
