It is a beautiful 2 1/2 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, overlooking crosshaven and the yacht harbour (beautiful view). I am looking for one person to move in, Preferably a professional woman, but I would also accept a professional male, depends :)
You will have your own room and bathroom.
We are sharing kitchen and living room.
The house is furnished.
There is FREE internet.
There is a wood stove in the living room keeping the house nice and cozy in the winter plus electric heating in all rooms. There is a washing machine and a dish washer and two refrigerators in the kitchen. You can have your own fridge.
In the back of the house there is a large deck over 2 levels and a small garden with a few vegies planted.
The rent is Euro 325.- per month plus electricity and garbage collection.
There is also a small guest room for visitors.
The open ocean is only 10 minutes walk away. The bus station for the bus to Cork is only 2 minutes walk down the road and it takes 15 - 20 minutes to drive to Cork City. Supermarkets are in Crosshaven and in Carrigaline which is about 7 km from Crosshaven on the way to Cork.
