Subletting a big, brightly lit, and fully furnished room starting from early May, close to the city center. All of the furniture, and most of the equipment of the room is yours to use, including the bed, sofa, tables, cabinets, TV, vacuum cleaner, lamps etc.
The main train station is around 12 minutes away by walk. The supermarket is 5 minutes away by walk. The university is about 16 minutes away by walk. The Altmarkt is about 10 minutes away. Tram access is right below the apartment if you need it. There is a nice Asian grocery store just downstairs and a Turkish halal Fleischerei and grocery store a few minutes away from the house.
The apartment is very big, spacious and also fully furnished. The living room can fit close to 15 people where you can host parties, watch movies and play games. The kitchen is large, and fully stocked with all the necessary furniture and equipment, including a new microwave, new dishwasher, two refrigerators (one big and one small), combined stovetop and oven. We have alot of utensils, plates, cups and baking equipment in the apartment as well.
We have two bathrooms: One small guest bathroom and one big main bathroom. The main bathroom has a working shower, and a tub if you enjoy a nice relaxing soak. There are plenty of storage places for your amenities. We also have a new washing machine.
The apartment also has access to the top of the apartment, with a good view of the surroundings. You also have access to a basement/cellar where you can store your bikes and other stuff.
Cleanliness, tidiness, and respect for each other is extremely important for the everyone in the house. You will be sharing the house with 3 males. They all speak English, but you can also practice your German with everyone. We are all pretty chill and enjoy spending time together, but we also respect each other's privacy and time. Making sure the house is clean and contributing to the chores of the house is important. We would prefer a male to take over the room, but if you are female, it's not an issue. You would just have to be comfortable sharing the apartment with 3 men. The others are usually in their rooms, outside or working so you won't see them too often. Plus, my room is furthest in the apartment.
The rent has to given to Jasper before the end of every month. I would prefer a working person to take over the room for the duration. Students are allowed to sublet the room if they can provide adequate proof of income and a certificate of enrollment. The internet is included in the rent. The deposit is caution money for the furniture and equipment in the room and apartment, and will be returned back to you when the room is handed back to me.
