Die Wohnung umfasst insgesamt 3 gut geschnittene Zimmer. Die 3 Zimmer sind 9, 11 und 12 m² groß und bieten Platz für ein gemütliches Zuhause. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet mit Balkon und bietet einen tollen Blick ins Grüne. Die Böden wurden mit neuem Laminat renoviert und bieten eine angenehme Atmosphäre. In jedem Zimmer ist ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch, Nachttisch und Kleiderschrank schon integriert, so dass ihr sofort einziehen könnt.

Highlights:
- die Küche hat eine EBK und es gibt einen großen Tisch und Stühle für die ganze WG, ein großer Kühlschrank ist ebenfalls vorhanden
- das Bad ist saniert und hat eine Waschmaschine.
- auf dem Balkon passen 3 Leute locker hin.
- im Keller befindet sich ein Abstellraum sowie ein Fahrradkeller#
- ein Parkplatz kann ebenfalls angemietet werden

Die Wohnung liegt im beliebten Stadtteil Sandow von Cottbus, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum und 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Uni. Supermärkte, Cafés und Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass alles für den täglichen Bedarf schnell erreichbar ist. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend – der Bus hält vor der Tür.

Wir suchen 3 neue Mitbewohner, die die renovierte Wohnung mit Leben füllen, und die respektvoll und aufgeschlossen ein entspanntes WG-Leben suchen. Die WG soll eine offene und kommunikative Atmosphäre schaffen. Sauberkeit und ein respektvoller Umgang miteinander sind uns wichtig. Wenn ihr also Lust auf eine harmonische WG hast, dann bitte bewerbt euch.

Die monatliche Kaltmiete beträgt 350 Euro zuzüglich 50 Euro für Nebenkosten. Die Kaution beläuft sich auf 700 EUR Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung leider nicht gestattet- Ein Stellplatz für ein Fahrrad ist vorhanden.
