Looking for a room in Cottbus for an international student

Hi, my name is Ignacio (but you can call me Nacho). I’m 26 years old. I’m a man from Costa Rica.
I’m a computer engineer and I’ll be starting my first semester at BTU on this coming October, I’ll be studying the master of cybersecurity, so I’m looking for a place/room to stay during my studies.
I’m looking for a nice, clean and fun place to stay. I would prefer if the place is already furnished because I think I’ll be arriving to Germany the last week of September.
I’m very organized, normally I don’t party too much and I am very respectful with everyone’s space because I’d like my own and I really enjoy my alone time whenever it’s needed.
I believe that living with other people would be a very nice experience to me since it would be my first time living out of my house in my country for an extended period of time.
Please let me know if you need any more information from me and I’ll be happy to provide that.
I would like very much to get to know the people living in the place and also to see the place. I’m currently in Costa Rica so could do a video call to get to know the place and talk to the people.
I promise I can be a very good roommate.
