Das Zimmer ist wunderbar, hat ca. 30 m2 und kostet inkl. Kram wie GEZ, Internet und WG-Puffer 345,-.
Das Zimmer liegt abseits der Straße. Du kannst also entspannt ohne Straßenlärm ausschlafen. :)
Die Bilder sollen dir nur einen ersten Eindruck vermitteln. Am besten du kommst vorbei und schaust es dir persönlich an!
Ich würde gern den großen Schrank, sowie das Bett und den Tisch drin lassen gegen eine Ablöse (400€ VB)
Hier soll es gar nicht so viele Worte geben, denn du wirst uns auf deine ganz eigene Weise kennenlernen.

The room is off the street. So you can sleep in without the noise of the street. :)
The pictures should give you a first impression.
I would like to keep the large wardrobe, the bed and the table for a price (400€ basis for negotiation)

Nur 2 Minuten von der Haustür entfernt, findest du Haltestellen für Bus und Tram.
Doch eigentlich ist hier alles zu Fuß zu erreichen und dein stattlicher Drahtesel trägt dich bequem und schnell durch die ganze Stadt.
Zu unserem Karli ist es auch nicht weit (nennen wir es einen Katzensprung) 😉
An sonstigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten soll es auch nicht scheitern - so sind Penny,
Netto, DM und Rossmann direkt um die Ecke und du kannst den Einkaufstrip mit einem kleinen Spaziergang verbinden.
Auch für Studenten ist die Lage wirklich toll, denn sowohl zum Hauptbahnhof als auch zur BTU sind es nur etwa 10 Minuten.
Zu Kino, Clubs und Theater hast du von deiner neuen Wohnung aus auch unglaublich kurze Wege.

Bus and tram stops are only 2 minutes away from the front door.
But actually, everything here is within walking distance and your bicycle will carry you comfortably and quickly through the whole city.
It's also not far to our Karli. There are plenty of other shopping facilities - Penny,
Netto, DM and Rossmann areright around the corner and you can combine a shopping trip with a short walk.
The location is also great for students, because it's only about 10 minutes to both the main train station and the BTU.
You'll also have incredibly short distances to the cinema, clubs and theatre from your new flat.

Unser Zusammenwohnen ist entspannt. Wir sind alle recht busy und machen unser Ding, aber wenn wir zusammen sind, ist das sehr herzlich und schön.
Der Haupttreffpunkt für gemütliche Runden ist unsere Küche.
Doch manchmal schafft man es nicht bis dahin und macht es sich im Flur bequem.
Wir sind eine internationale WG und sprechen hier auch viel in Englisch.
ENGLISH:
Living together is relaxed. We are all quite busy and do our thing, but when we are together it is very comfy and nice.
The main meeting place for cosy get-togethers is our kitchen.
But sometimes we don't make it there and make ourselves comfortable in the hallway.
We are an international WG and speak a lot in English here
Wir haben einen Putzplan der Recht gut funktioniert. Wir wünschen uns von allen, auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit zu achten, damit wir uns alle in der WG wohlfühlen können.
We have a cleaning plan that works quite well. We want everyone to pay attention to tidiness and cleanliness so that we can all feel comfortable in the shared flat.
