Als unser zukünftiger Mitbewohner wirst du einen schönen Blick über Darmstadt haben. Es ist die ruhigere Seite der Wohnung, weil man nicht auf die Straße schaut. Im Winter hast du den Sonnenuntergang und im Sommer den Sonnenaufgang :D. So wie das Zimmer in der Wohnung liegt, hat man einen ruhigen Platz für sich. Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 qm groß und hat zwei sehr große Fenster.
As our future roommate you will have a nice view over Darmstadt. Its the calmer side of the apartment, because you are not facing the street. In the winter you have the sunset and in the summer you will have the sunrise :D. The way the room is located in the apartment, you will have a quiet space for yourself. The room is around 18 qm big and has two really big windows.
Die Lage ist wirklich gut mit dem Stadtzentrum, dem Hauptbahnhof und anderen Orten verbunden. Es ist eine der schönsten Gegenden in Darmstadt, mit 2 Parks (Orangerie und Prinz Emil Garten), 2 Straßenbahn-/Bushaltestellen, Lebensmittelgeschäften und netten Restaurants/Cafés.
The Location is really well connected to the city centre, the Mainstation and other places too. It is one of the nicest neighbourhoods in Darmstadt, with 2 parks (Orangerie and Prinz Emil Garten), 2 Tram/Bus stations, groceriestores and nice restaurants/cafes.
Wir sind zwei Jungs (Morchid und Tomas), 25 Jahre alt und arbeiten beide meist im Home-Office. Wir versuchen normalerweise, uns in der Küche zu treffen und helfen uns gegenseitig, wenn jemand Hilfe braucht. Wir sprechen Englisch und Deutsch, wobei Morchid versucht, Deutsch auf B1-Niveau zu lernen. Wir haben keinen strikten Putz-/Haushaltsplan, aber wir legen Wert auf eine saubere Wohnung, also putzen wir regelmäßig und ohne Plan.
Wir machen beide gerne Sport, und Morchid ist auch begeisterter Fotograf.
We are two guys (Morchid and Tomas), 25 years old and both working mostly remotly. We usually try to catch up in the kitchen and help each other when someone needs that. We speak englisch and german, while Morchid is trying to learn B1-Level german. We dont have a strict cleaning/house plan but we do care about a clean apartment so we regulary clean with no plan.
We both like to do sports, and Morchid is also into photography.
Wenn du ein Fahrrad hast, gibt es einen kleinen Garten, um es sicher abzustellen. Darüber hinaus haben wir einen Keller mit viel Platz für deine Sachen. Wir sind suchen eine reife chillige Person die zu unsere entspannten Atmosphäre passt.
If you have a bike, there is a small garden to store it safely. Other than that we have a basement with alot of space for your stuff. We are looking for a mature chill person to maintan our relaxed atmospere at home.
