Hallo zukünftige Mitbewohner*in,
Wir, Bhairavi und Jeremias, suchen eine neue Mitbewohner*in für unsere harmonische 3er-WG.
Mit 28m² bietet das Zimmer genügend Platz für dich und deine Möbel. Es hat drei große Fenster in Richtung Süden und ist damit den ganzen Tag über hell.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem gemeinsam genutzten Flur-/ Essbereich, einer gut ausgestatteten Küche inkl. Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine und einem Badezimmer mit Dusch-Wanne. An den Flurbereich schließen die 3 WG Zimmer. Des Weiteren gehört zur Wohnung noch ein abschließbarer Kellerraum als Lagerfläche.
Sollte es technische Probleme an der Wohnung geben, ist der Vermieter auch immer direkt greifbar (Büro im selben Haus) und es wird meist schon am selben oder am Folgetag repariert.

Hello future roommate,
We, Bhairavi and Jeremias, are looking for a new roommate for our harmonious 3-person shared apartment.
With 28 square meters the room provides ample space. It has three large south-facing windows, making it bright throughout the day.
The apartment consists of a shared hallway/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower-tub. The three shared apartment rooms are connected to the hallway area. Additionally, the apartment includes a lockable basement room for storage.
If there are any technical issues with the apartment, the landlord is always easily reachable (office in the same building) and repairs are usually done on the same day or the next day.
Die WG befindet sich in der Pallaswiesenstraße in der Nähe des Herrengartens.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Tegut, Netto, Rewe und Penny) sind fußläufig in 3 min erreicht. Gleiches gilt für die nächste Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle.
Mit dem Fahrrad lässt sich ebenfalls alles gut erreichen. So bist du in ca 5 min am Luisenplatz oder der Uni Stadtmitte und in ca. 10 min am Hbf.

The shared apartment is located on Pallaswiesenstraße near Herrengarten. Shopping opportunities (Tegut, Netto, Rewe, and Penny) are within a 3-minute walking distance. The same applies to the nearest bus and tram stop.
Everything is easily reachable by bike as well. You can get to Luisenplatz or the university's city center in about 5 minutes and to the main train station in about 10 minutes.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner*innen sind Bhairavi (26) und Jeremias (28). Wir beide sind sehr entspannt, offen und immer zum quatschen bereit. Bhairavi arbeitet als Embedded Software Engineer in Fulda, ist aber viel im Homeoffice, oder beim Sport. Jere schreibt gerade seinen Master in Informatik an der HDA, kocht und backt gerne und ist ab und zu mal bei einem Plenum.
Im Allgemeinen entspannten und angenehmen WG-Leben wird gern mal gemeinsam gefrühstückt, gekocht, einfach nur so gequatscht oder auf dem Beamer im Flur ein Film geschaut.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, demnach suchen wir jemanden, der genauso wie wir Lust auf ein freundschaftliches Zusammenleben hat. Wenn du bis hierhin gelesen hast, verrate uns doch dein Lieblingsgetränk (wir sind experimentierfreudig und offen für Empfehlungen)

Your new roommates are Bhairavi (26) and Jeremias (28). We are both very relaxed, open, and always ready for a chat. Bhairavi works as an Embedded Software Engineer in Fulda, but she often works from home or is at the gym. Jere is currently writing his Master's thesis in Computer Science at HDA, enjoys cooking and baking, and occasionally attends meetings.
In our generally relaxed and pleasant shared living, we often have breakfast, cook, chat over coffee, or watch a movie together. We are not a purpose-built flat share, so we are looking for someone who, like us, is interested in friendly atmosphere.

Da wir vor kurzem einen neuen Ofen und eine neue Waschmaschine gekauft haben, hätte Cosima, unsere ehemalige Mitbewohnerin, gerne 200€ Abschlag dafür.
In den Kosten von 490€ sind die Nebenkosten schon enthalten. Hinzu kommen noch Kosten für das Internet (10€/Monat).
Unser Vermieter bittet um eine Mieterselbstauskunft und einer Bürgschaft, oder einer Schufa (request now) -Auskunft, uns selbst ist das aber egal.

Since we recently bought a new oven and a new washing machine, Cosima, our previous flatmate, would like 200€ compensation for that.
The costs of 490€ already include the utilities, however internet costs 10€/month ontop of that.
Our landlord asks for a tenant self-disclosure and a guarantor, or a Schufa (request now) report, but we don't care.
