Misc

Hello,

Im Carlos, an Ecuadorian PhD student in quantum chemistry, Im 28 years old and I've been living in Europe for three years. I’m currently looking for a flatmate for my 3-room apartment, conveniently located in Martinsviertel in Darmstadt starting 01.12.2024.

About the Flat:
- Size: ~50 sqm
- Rooms: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom
- Kitchen: Fully equipped,
- Including a washing machine, drying room, underground storage room and extra shared living/storage room in the top floor

About the Room:
- Size: ~13 sqm
- Furnishing: Bed, mattress, closets and desk (100 use fee), in the photos is empty but is going to be furnished as well.
- Rent: €525 (warm) includes electricity, gas, internet
- Deposit: € 700

Preferences:
- Who: Master’s students, PhD students, or young professionals are preferred.
- Neighborhood: The area is residential, so it’s important to maintain a peaceful environment. Unfortunately, this means loud musical instruments and pets are not possible. No parties (not too many haha) or excessive noise.

Higher preference will be given to people who introduce themselves properly and can make a flat-viewing appointment.

Best regards,
Carlos Jimenez-Munoz
