Hallo! ab dem 15 September 2011 suchen wir einen netten Mitbewohner oder eine nette Mitbewohnerin - vorerst bis zum 31 März 2012.
Eventuell kann das Zimmer auch komplett übernommen werden.
Wir sind eine recht unternehmunglustige, internationale WG, die aus einem Mathematik- und einem E-Technik-Studenten besteht. Wir wohnen beide schon längere Zeit in Darmstadt, die WG ist aber relativ jung.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, und es wäre schön, wenn auch Du gemeinsamem Kochen, Weggehen, Teetrinken oder ähnlichem gegenüber nicht abgeneigt wärst.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm gross. Bis jetzt stehen darin ein Bett, Matratze, eine Kleiderstange und ein kleines Wandregal. Alles kann nach belieben auch in den Keller geräumt werden.
Für die Zwischenmiete haben wir einen Zwischenmietvertrag und eine Kaution von 200 Euro.
Wir wohnen sehr zentral und alles ist bequem zu Fuß u erreichen.

We offer a room in the very center of Darmstadt for the winter semester 2011/2012. We are an interenational flat and would be very happy to host an exchange student for the time as well.
