Wohnungssuchende/ r,
da ich ab Februar auf Grund meines Praktikums wegziehen werde, suche ich eine(n) Nachmieter(in) für mein helles geräumiges Zimmer in zentraler Lage. Das Zimmer kann ab dem 1.Februar bezogen werden.
Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Mit der Bahn(Linie 9/2) oder dem K-Bus hat man eine super Anbindung, aber auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt,an der UNI Lichtwiese sowie Stadtmitte. Ausserdem befindet sich ein Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.
Deine potentielle Mitbewohnerinnen studieren Architektur an der TU Darmstadt. Gerne wird auch mal zusammen gekocht oder einfach ein paar Bierchen miteinander getrunken. Gemütliches Zusammensitzen ist also willkommen, aber nicht Pflicht :)
