Heyhoooo Leute,
wir sind eine Karlshof-WG bestehend aus drei Kerlen und einem Weibchen und suchen eine(n) neue(n) Mitbewohner(in) ab Januar 2013.
Wichtig ist, dass du in Darmstadt studierst, da der Karlshof ein Studentenwohnheim ist.
Die Größe des Zimmers beträgt ca. 15m² plus eigenem Bad von ca 3m², die große Wohnküche gehört allen.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 255,10€, dazu kommen noch ca. 30€ für Strom und Internet (DSL, nicht Karlshofnetz).
Auto- oder Fahrradstellplätze können für kleines Geld beim Studentenwerk gemietet werden.
Ob du Raucher(in) bist ist uns egal, solange du auf dem Laubengang oder in deinem Zimmer rauchst.
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, du musst uns also auch ertragen können ;)
Wie in allen Studentenwohnheimen steigt hier auch mal die ein oder andere Party.
