Hi,
da ich eine halbes Jahr im Ausland verbringe, biete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an. Der Zeitraum ist vom
01.03.2013 - 31.07.2013. Das Zimmer ist etwa 14 m^2 groß, hell und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus (hohe Decken)
im Martingsviertel ca. 10 Gehminuten von der Uni Stadtmitte entfernt.
Rewe und Aldi sind etwa 5 Gehminuten entfernt und der L-Bus hält quasi vor der Haustür.
Die Mitbewohner sind beide männlich, 23 Jahre alt, Studenten und sehr nett, fahren jedoch am Wochenende oft nach Hause.
Das Zimmer kostet 300 Euro mit Nebenkosten und Internet. Das Zimmer würde ich gerne (teil-) möbliert lassen,
kann ich auf Wunsch aber auch ausräumen.
