Ich suche eine/n Ruhige/n, nette/n Zweite Mitbewohner für zwei zusammenhängende Zimmer in einer Vierzimmerwohnung. Es handelt sich um eine Altbauwohnung mit Dielenboden, hohen decken, Tageslicht Bad mit Badewanne, Zwei Balkonen, große Küche mit Speisekammer.
Die Gesamt Wohnfläche beträgt circa 100 m², die beiden Zimmer haben zusammen eine Fläche von circa 32 m².
Der Einzug ist nach Absprache möglich.
Da ich selbst berufstätig bin, bitte nur junge Berufstätige melden, gerne auch Wochenendheimfahrer.
Ich selbst habe keine Haustiere, habe aber auch nichts dagegen, wenn jemand welche mitbringt.
Die Wohnung ist zentral im Martinsviertel gelegen, mit guter Anbindung an die Innenstadt.
Auf Anfrage schicke ich auch gerne Bilder, die kann ich irgendwie hier nicht hoch laden.
