Das Zimmer ist ca. 13qm groß.
Momentan beinhaltet es...
ein recht großen Eck-Schreibtisch,
ein 140cm breites Hochbett,
darunter nochmals ein 90cm breites Gästebett,
eine Hantelbank.
Wenn es gewünscht ist, kann ich aber auch diverse Möbel wie Hantelbank und/oder Gästebett usw. in meinen Heimatort auslagern.
Das WG-Zimmer befindet sich in der Feldbergstraße. Diese ist 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.
Desweitern ist eine Bus- und Straßenbahnhaltestelle eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr zentral gelegen. Zum Lui benötigt man zu Fuß ca. 20 Minuten.
In der WG leben noch 2 weitere Studenten (Chemiker 25 Jahre und Maschinenbauer 29 Jahre). Es herrscht ein sehr familiäres Verhältnis. Auch haben wir oft Besuch von Kommilitonen, die auf ein Feierabendbier gerne vorbeischauen.
Bewerben sollen sich bitte keine, die ein egoistisches Verhalten aufweisen.
Viel mehr suchen wir jemanden, die/der kein Ordnungsvernatiker/in ist, die/der aber einen gewissen Ordnungssinn besitzt.
Besichtigung ist fast jederzeit möglich. Schreib einfach eine kurze Mail bezogen auf deine Person und wann du kannst.
