Hallo! Ab dem 1. Juli wird mein helles großes Zimmer mitten in der Innenstadt frei. Da es sich um einen Neubau handelt ist die Wohnung sehr modern gestaltet. Es gibt 2 Bäder, die voll ausgestattet sind. Eines der Bäder hättest du ab August sogar für dich alleine.
Außerdem gibt es eine offene Wohnküche, wo wir abends öfter mal zusammen sitzen.
Das Zimmer besteht aus einem Einzelbett, einer Couch, einem kleinen Tisch, sowie einem Kleiderschrank und einem großen Schreibtisch. Die Sachen bleiben alle hier und können übernommen werden.
Im Keller stehen 3 Waschmaschinen und Trockner zur Verfügung.
Die WG ist sehr zentral gelegen. Bis zum Luisenplatz sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. Auch am Bahnhof ist man in 6-7 Minuten.
Die HS Darmstadt ist ebenfalls in Laufweite.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es am Luisenplatz.
Im Moment wohnen wir hier zu 6. Deine neuen Mitbewohner wären ein Maschinenbaustudent aus Deutschland und 4 Spanier, die in Darmstadt arbeiten.
