Ab 1.4. freue ich mich über eine Mitbewohnerin oder einen Mitbewohner. Die Wohnung hat 71m², aufgeteilt auf 3 Zimmer, plus Küche und Bad. Die Zimmer sind super hell, außerdem hat die Wohnug einen tollen Südbalkon und man kann den Garten mitbenutzen. Neben deinem etwas kleinerem Zimmer gibt es einen rund 20qm großen gemeinsamen Raum. Wenn du magst, kannst du dort auch einen der Schränke für dich privat nutzen um in deinem eigenen Zimmer Platz zu sparen.
I look forward to a new flatmate from April, 1st. The flat is quite large, 71sqm, we have 3 rooms for the two of us, plus kirchen and bathroom. The main room is spacious (20m²) and offers access to our balcony, directed to the south. If you like, you can use shelf as your private one to store your items and save some space in your private room. There is a large, shared garden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Vierparteien-Haus zwischen Heimstättensiedlung und Bessungen in sehr ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es rund 10 Minuten zu Uni und Stadtmitte, zur HDA etwas näher. Eine Bushaltestelle liegt rund 100 Meter entfernt, der Südbahnhof rund 400 Meter.
The flat is located in a house of four flats within a tranquile neighbourhood. It is about 10 minutes by bike to the city center and to the Technical University, the University of Applied Science is a little closer. Public transport is around 100 meter, a train station roughly 400 meters.
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und berufstätig, es wird also keine Party-WG. Ich freue mich aber sehr, abends mal zusammenzusitzen oder etwas zusammen zu unternehmen oder Sport zu machen, wenn wir da beide Freude dran finden. Ansonsten liebe ich es zu reisen, bin sehr offen und habe schon einiges an (positiver!) WG-Erfahrung
I am 27 years of age and not a student anymore, so living together will not be about partying (at least not in the flat). However, I love to socialize in the evening and go out together if both of us like the idea. I am pretty fond of travelling around the world so I am very open also to foreign flatmates.
Die Kosten der Wohnung betragen 450 Euro inkl. ALLEM: Nebenkosten, Heizung, Strom, Internet, etc. Außerdem könnte ich noch (kostenfrei) einige Möbel besorgen, wenn du das Zimmer möbliert benötigst. Bezüglich des Auszugstermin bin ich einigermaßen flexibel, da können wir auch etwas früher oder später machen. Sagt Bescheid, bis wann Ihr das benötigt!
Costs are around 450 Euro, including everything; administration, gas, electricity and Internet. If you need furniture, I could organize some for free. With respect to the end of the contract I am rather flexible, it could be a little earlier or a little later. Just give me your preferred date and we will find a solution.
