Das Zimmer ist 19m2 groß mit einem großen Fenster nach Norden und einem kleineren nach Westen. Zwar erhält es wenig direktes Sonnenlicht aber es ist trotzdem hell und angenehm. Es liegt auf der hinteren Seite des Hauses und zeigt somit hinaus auf den Hinterhof, weg von Verkehrsgeräuschen. Bei Interesse könnte ein Schreibtisch übernommen werden.
The room is 19m2 in size with a large window facing north and a smaller one facing west. Although it receives little direct sunlight, it is still bright and pleasant. It is located at the back of the house and therefore faces the backyard, away from traffic noise. If interested, a desk could be taken over.
Die Wohnung liegt in Erdgeschoss und verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Ofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Außerdem gibt es eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.
Das Bad verfügt über ein Waschbecken, eine Toilette und eine Duschbadewanne.
Außerdem gehört zu der Wohnung ein Parkplatz und ein Abteil im Keller.
The flat is on the ground floor and has a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, fridge and freezer. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Darmstadt-Eberstadt, welches ein sehr begehrtes Stadtviertel von Darmstadt ist mit sehr guter Anbindung in die Innenstadt. In 3 min ist man an der Haltestelle „Modaubrücke“ wo Straßenbahnen nach Darmstadt und Alsbach fahren, sowie Busse nach Pfungstadt. Die Fahrt in die Stadtmitte von Darmstadt dauert ca. 15-20 min und die Straßenbahnen fahren ca. alle 5 min unter der Woche und alle 15 min am Wochenende. Im direkten Umfeld der Haltestelle befinden sich außerdem eine Eisdiele, ein Bäcker und ein Rewe. Außerdem wird zur Zeit ein Edeka eingerichtet, welcher ca. 5 min von der Wohnung entfernt ist.
Nach ca. 15 min Fußweg an der Modau entlang kommt man in den Wald wo es wunderbare Möglichkeiten zum Spazierengehen und Entspannen gibt.

The flat is located in Darmstadt-Eberstadt, which is a sought-after district of Darmstadt with very good connections to the city centre.
