ich, 29jährige, suche nach eine mitbewohner/in für einer tollen wohnung in DA-Eberstadt.
du könntest ab 1.Nov.2009 einziehen.
die wohnung liegt etwa 5min. fußweg von den Haltestalle (straßenbahn) entfernt, bis zum luisenplatz etwa 15min.
dein zimmer:
17m²
parkett fußboden, hell
frisch renoviert, weiss gestrichen
der rest der wohnung:
-3 zimmer(ca. 110m²), das eine davon ist 33m² groß (wohnzimmer/wohnbereich,mit groß Tarasse), meins hat noch einen balkon.
-überall parkett-fußboden, hell
-spülmaschine
-waschmaschine
-(nur)badewanne
-2 WC
-alles (fast) frisch renoviert, dh moderne küche mit allem was dazu gehört (teilweise auch küchenutensilien vorhanden!)
-im 1 und 2OG (Maisonette-Wohnung)3000m² große Garten + Carpot.
-im flur schrank für staubsauger usw (auch vorhanden;) )
-internet und telefon(festnetz)- flatrate
-haustiere ok.
---> warmmiete liegt bei 390€
