Hallo liebe/r Nachmieter/in,
für mich ist die Zeit des Umbruchs gekommen. Ich ziehe deshalb schon ende september/ Anfang Oktober aus, da Ich meinen Bachelor fertig habe. Gesucht bist also du, ein Student oder Studiumanfänger, der sich in Darmstadt behaupten will. Das Haus liegt 2 minuten von der Linie 9 Haltestelle entfernt und mit ihr bist du in etwa 17 minuten in Darmstadt.
Rewe oder Netto sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar (3 min mit dem Fahrrad). Helle Küche und Bad, durch Tageslicht erhellt. Schöne rustikale Umgebung. Falls du interessiert bist, schreibe mir also einfach eine e-mail.
PS: Ein Mitbewohner zieht auch zur etwa gleichen Zeit aus, also falls jemand mit einen/r Kollege/in einziehen möchte ist es kein Problem.
