Hallo zusammen,
Suche einen/eine Mitbewohner/in für eine wirklich schöne Altbauwohnung (2.OG) mit Dielenboden im Martinsviertel.
Die Wohnung befindet sich ca. 10 Gehminuten von der TU. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor der Haustür. So ist man auch ziemlich schnell in der Innenstadt.
Alle Zimmer sind hell, wie man hoffentlich auch auf den Bildern erkennen kann.
Das WG Zimmer selbst ist 12qm groß, aber man kann auch noch einen Schrank in den Flur stellen,wenn man noch mehr Platz benötigen würde. Auch ist im Gemeinschaftswohnzimmer noch Platz. Im Flur befindet sich zudem noch ein Einbauschrank.
Die Küche ist fast komplett ausgestattet (ohne Geschirrspüler und Mikrowelle), aber erst ein Jahr alt und in sehr gutem Zustand.
Das Bad ist klein,aber zumindest mit Tageslicht.
Der Garten im Hinterhof kann mitbenutzt werden und man kann dort auch sicher sein Fahrrad abstellen.
Es ist wirklich fast alles in Wohnung drin. Bis zum 01.02. wird es auch eine Waschmaschine geben.
