Während meines Auslandssemesters vermiete ich mein Zimmer in einer schönen Wohnung für den Zeitraum vom 01. Februar 2025 bis zum 01. Juli 2025.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 m² groß und verfügt über zwei große Fenster, die viel Tageslicht hineinlassen. Beide Fenster sind mit Rollos ausgestattet, sodass der Raum bei Bedarf abgedunkelt werden kann. Dank der dreifachen Verglasung ist der Raum absolut ruhig – Geräusche von der Straße dringen nicht hinein.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert und beinhaltet:
Ein 1,40 m breites Bett,
Zwei geräumige Schränke,
Einen Schreibtisch.
Diese Möbel werden während der Mietzeit mitvermietet.
Die Wohnung selbst bietet:
Ein modernes Bad,
Eine voll ausgestattete Küche,
Ein großes, gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Fernseher,
Einen Balkon, der sich besonders im Sommer hervorragend zum Entspannen eignet.
Du wirst dich in dieser Wohnung garantiert wohlfühlen, da es dir während der Mietzeit an nichts fehlen wird.
During my semester abroad, I am subletting my room in a lovely apartment from February 1, 2025, to July 1, 2025.

The room is approximately 20 m² and features two large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Both windows are equipped with blinds, allowing the room to be darkened if needed. Thanks to triple glazing, the room is completely quiet – no street noise can be heard.
The room is fully furnished and includes:
A 1.40 m wide bed,
Two spacious wardrobes,
A desk.
These furnishings will be included during the rental period.
The apartment itself offers:
A modern bathroom,
A fully equipped kitchen,
A large, cozy living room with a couch and TV,
A balcony, perfect for relaxing, especially in summer.
You will feel right at home in this apartment, as it has everything you need during your stay.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer perfekt angebundenen Lage, direkt an der Haltestelle Schulstraße. Zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle benötigst du nur eine Minute zu Fuß.
Auch die Nahversorgung ist optimal: Ein Aldi liegt lediglich 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso erreichst du den Campus Stadtmitte der TU in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
Die Lage ist somit unschlagbar zentral – ideal, um alles Wichtige schnell und bequem zu erreichen.

The apartment is in a perfectly connected location, directly at the Schulstraße stop. It takes just one minute on foot to reach the tram stop.
Local amenities are also excellent: An Aldi supermarket is only a 5-minute walk away, and you can reach the Campus Stadtmitte of TU in just 5 minutes on foot as well.
The location is truly unbeatable and central – ideal for quickly and conveniently accessing everything you need.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit einem Mitbewohner teilen. Er ist ebenfalls Student und leidenschaftlicher Hobbykoch. Besonders freut er sich, wenn ihr gemeinsam kochen könnt oder du ihm dabei Gesellschaft leistest.
Natürlich ist es aber kein Problem, wenn du Zeit für dich brauchst – dann kannst du dich einfach in dein Zimmer zurückziehen und die Tür hinter dir schließen.
Dein Mitbewohner spricht Deutsch, Englisch und Portugiesisch, sodass die Kommunikation unkompliziert sein sollte.

You will share the apartment with a roommate. He is also a student and a passionate hobby chef. He especially enjoys cooking together or having some company while he cooks.
Of course, it’s no problem if you need time for yourself – you can simply retreat to your room and close the door behind you.
Your roommate speaks German, English, and Portuguese, so communication should be easy and straightforward.
