Ich bin Alex und werde für ein Auslandssemester 5 Monate Dessau verlassen. Mein Zimmer würde ich in diesem Zeitraum gerne untervermieten. (Über genaues Datum können wir noch quatschen :))
Alle Möbel wären im Zimmer und in der WG enthalten. Ich mache dir natürlich Platz für deine Klamotten und Bücher!
Es geht Richtung Osten und ist klein aber fein. Das Zimmer ist 15 Quadratmeter groß und sehr hell, die restliche Wohnung ist sehr weitläufig und die WG chillt gerne zusammen in der großen Küche.

I'm Alex and I'm leaving Dessau for a semester abroad for 4 months. I would like to sublet my room during this period. (We can still chat about the exact date :))
All furniture would be included in the room and in the shared apartment. Of course I'll make room for your clothes and books!
It goes east and is small but nice. The room is 15 square meters and very bright, the rest of the apartment is very spacious and the shared apartment likes to chill out together in the large kitchen.

Wir wohnen in einer perfekten Wohngegend. Dessau Nord hat viele schöne Altbauten und ist von vielen Familien und Studenten bewohnt. Supermärkte erreichst du in unter 5min, die Hochschule und den Bahnhof in 10min zu Fuß. Parks und die Mulde zum chillen sind auch gleich in der Nähe, ebenso wie die Bar Kiez. 4min bis zum Umweltbundesamt.

We live in a perfect neighborhood. Dessau Nord has many beautiful old buildings and is inhabited by many families and students. You can reach supermarkets in less than 5 minutes, the university in 10 minutes. Park is also nearby, as is Bar Kiez.

Wir sind eine ruhige WG, in der jeder sein eigenes Ding macht. Man trifft sich aber auch gerne mal in der Küche und quatscht und kocht zusammen. Alle Bewohner sind Studenten aus unterschiedlichsten Kulturkreisen, sehr sweet und offen. Raphael (BA Architektur), Zaid (MA Architecture) Christian (Worker) und Claire (MA Design). Wichtig ist uns, dass der Putzplan eingehalten wird. Wir sprechen englisch miteinander.
