Hi, I'm looking for a tenant for a 27 sqm room.
The room is bright, so it is not too hot in the summer but also tilt toward the West. It has two Windows.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, etc. and the bathroom is with bath and shower (separate) a washing machine and a freezer -, both room also Very much big and bright. Share you have to both rooms you with your future flatmates - however there are never problems or getting never get in the way.
The apartment is in a Very much good location. George Garden (with Zoo) is only about 100 metres away, so it is a best route to the go run or walk. The campus, as well as the mainstation can be reached in only 3 minutes on foot. The UBA is approx. 7 minutes walk - as well as up to the kaufland , the next best shopping opportunity. The city reached comfortably in less than 10 minutes on foot or by bicycle in only 5 minutes.

ich suche für ein 27qm Zimmer einen Nachmieter.
Das Zimmer ist hell, Ausrichtung gen Westen - sodass es jedoch auch im Sommer nicht allzu heiß wird. Es hat zwei Fenster.
Die Wohnung hat eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Mikrowelle etc. und das Bad ist mit Dusche und Badewanne (getrennt),einer Waschmaschine und einem Gefrierschrank - beide Zimmer ebenfalls sehr groß und hell. Teilen müsst ihr euch beide Räume mit euren zukünftigen MItbewohnern - jedoch gibt es da nie Probleme bzw. man kommt sich dabei nie in die Quere.
Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr guten Lage. Der Georgengarten (mit Tierpark) ist nur ca. 100m entfernt, sodass man eine optimale Strecke zum laufen oder spazieren gehen hat. Der Campus sowie derHauptbahnhof sind in nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Bis zum UBA sind es ca. 7 Minuten Fußweg - ebenso wie bis zum Kaufland, der nächstbesten Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Die Innenstadt erreicht ihr bequem in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad in nur 5 Minuten.
