Hey Leute,
wir haben in unserer entspannten 4er-Studenten-WG ein 10qm großes Zimmer frei. Die Kaltmiete liegt bei 151 Euro, dazu kommen noch 42 Euro Nebenkosten.
Unsere WG ist super gelegen – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah dran am Geschehen. Wir kochen ab und zu zusammen und haben einen Putzplan, damit alles sauber bleibt. Schillerpark ist nah gelegen (1 min.) entfernt auch Mulde ist nicht weit entfernt.
In unserer WG studieren Tido (Architektur) sowie Friederike und Jan (Design). Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit einer mit einer geräumigen Wohnküche mit Balkon Zugang. Supermärkte und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind gleich um die Ecke, Edeka (1 min.).

We have an 10 square meter room available in our relaxed 4-student shared flat. The basic rent is 151 euros, plus 42 euros for utilities.
Our shared flat is in a great location - quiet, but still close to the action. We cook together from time to time and have a cleaning plan to keep everything clean. Schillerpark is nearby (1 min.) and Mulde is not far away either.
Tido (architecture) and Friederike and Jan (design) study in our shared flat. The apartment is fully equipped with a spacious eat-in kitchen with balcony access. Supermarkets and public transportation are just around the corner, Edeka (1 min.).
