Das Haus auf dem Dorf hat zwei Etagen mit 180m2 Wohnfläche. Ein großes, offenes Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer, großer Küche, Gästebad, großes Bad mit Dusche und separater Wanne, einem kleinen MiniBüro, ein Bekleidungszimmer, plus 2 Schlafzimmer mit großen Fenstern😊 '
Dazu kommt ein großer Keller und ein Dachboden, Terrasse, großer Auffahrt und einem Garten inklusive einer Scheune, in der Grill, Gartenmöbel, etc gelagert wird, oder auch ein Auto stehen könnte.
Nun gut, es ist Dettum. Ein viel zu kleines Dorf zwischen Wolfenbüttel, Braunschweig & Wolfsburgs. Man fährt mit dem Auto 16 Min. in die Innenstadt. Es gibt eine stündliche Zugverbindung, und Busanbindung in alle Richtungen.
Ich selbst bin 32 Jahre alt, wohne hier mit drei Katzen, und liebe das Dorfleben aber auch das Leben in der Stadt. Ich suche jemand, der /die Lust hat auf gemeinsame Abende mit Freund:innen im Haus. Gesucht ist eine Dorfl iebende, langweilige, verantwortungsvolle Ab-und-an-Partymaus mit dem Wunsch nach ausgeglichener Ruhe & Geborgenheit.
Du solltest keine Katzenallergie haben, da die Katzen hier wirklich überall rumlaufen. Da ich ein Pferdemädchen bin, wäre es auch gut, wenn Du keine Allergie gg Pferde hast. Nicht, dass Du jedes Mal stirbst, wenn ich aus dem Stall komme.
