In meiner Wohnung sind zwei Zimmer, die derzeit wenig genutzt sind und WG-Zimmer werden könnten.
Eines ist ca. 18m2 und hat 2 Fenstern ( 300,- plus NK), das andere ca. 14m2 ( 250,- plus NK) mit einem Fenster. Gemeinsam gibt es eine große Wohnküche, Bad, Toilette, breiten Gang mit Klavier, Garten. Es ist ein schöner Altbau auf dem Land mit hohen Decken.
Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock, mit Blick in alle Richtungen. Sehr ländlich, Bahnhof ist 2km entfernt, Züge kommen alle 30min.
Ich bin Ronja, 48 und viel unterwegs.
Meine Katze und ich freuen uns über neue Mitbewohnerinnen ( weibl., divers oder nicht s. an Frauen interessiert), spannende Gespräche und ab und zu ein Lagerfeuer oder gemeinsam im Garten werkeln.
Idealerweise magst Du es ruhig, aber auch, Besuch zu haben, Mantra-Singen, gesunde Ernährung und keinen Alkohol.
Die Zimmer können möbliert, teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert genommen werden.
