Das Zimmer ist vollmöbliert (Bett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, etc.), genauso ist die Küche und das Bad komplett ausgestattet. Bilder von der WG und vom Zimmer folgen noch.... es gibt nichts zu verstecken nur keine Zeit zum Bilder machen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt für Studenten geeignet. In der Miete sind alle Kosten inbegriffen (Strom, Heizung, ...) es kommen nur noch ~5€ für das Internet dazu.
Das Zimmer ist ab 01.05. frei und muss ab dann auch übernommen werden. Wann du einziehst ist natürlich dir überlassen.
***The room is fully furnished (bed, closet, desk, sofa, etc.), as is the kitchen and bathroom fully equipped. Pictures of the apartment and the room follow ... there is nothing to hide just no time to take pictures. The apartment is very cozy and perfect for students. The rent includes all costs (electricity, heating, ...) only ~ 5 € for the internet.
The room is available from 01.05. and must be taken over from then on. When you move in is of course up to you.***
Die Wohnung liegt in der Innenstadt von Donauwörth, somit kann man alles für das tägliche Leben schnell zu Fuß erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man natürlich noch schneller am Ziel.

- Bäckerei, Apotheke, H&M, etc. sind direkt um die Ecke./ Bakery, pharmacy, H&M, etc. are right around the corner
- Supermarkt ~10min zu Fuß/ by foot
- Donauwörth Bahnhof ~10-15min zu Fuß/ by foot
- Airbus Helicopters ~10-15min zu Fuß/ by foot
Wir sind alle Studenten und schreiben unsere Abschlussarbeiten bei Airbus Helicopters. Wäre daher super wenn du auch Student bist und dein Praktikum, Abschlussarbeit, Job-Einstieg oder ähnliches machst.
Meine Mitbewohnerin sind super nett. Das Zusammenleben ist ganz locker und stressfrei. Abends gibt's zusammen öfter mal ein Bier oder wir gehen zusammen aus. Wer rauchen möchte kann das gerne auf unseren großen Balkon machen. Der Balkon eignet sich im Sommer auch gut zum Grillen.

My roommate are super nice. Living together is easy and stress-free. In the evening we often have a beer together or we go out in a pub. If you want to smoke, you can do that on our large balcony. The balcony is also perfect for barbecues in summer.***
