The fully furnished cozy room is 15 sqm in size, and very spacious. The big windows offer a bright sunshine and face to the Garden.
320 Euro Nachkosten includes two clothes hangers, a clothes drying rack, a bed and mattress, two chairs, two large tables, a small table, a small desk lamp, a vacuum cleaner, and a wifi Mesh. There is a Wifi mesh that I spent 70 euros on because the room is a bit far from the router. If you don't need it, you can sell it later.
I will be leaving Germany soon, so please schedule a time to see the room as soon as possible.

The apartment is very well connected! The S-Bahn station 'Dorstfeld' is only a 3-minute walk away, and from there, you can reach Dortmund main station or the TU in just 5 minutes.
A bus station right in front of the building offers a fast commute to the city center or the university. There’s also a nearby U-Bahn station and supermarkets, all within a 5-minute walk. The TU Dortmund and FH Dortmund are just 1.5 km away – ideal for students!

There are two roommates, one is Albanian and the other is Indian, both men, and we get along well.

Please note that the rent is cold, so the electricity bill is paid separately based on the usage (approx. 70-80 euros per month during winter time). Wi-Fi (around 10€) is included in the rent as extras.

The caution deposit should be transfered along with the rent and will be returned back just after the moving out.
