The apartment has a top location in the Saarland district. The underground stations "Stadthaus" and "Saarlandstraße" are within walking distance in a maximum of 5-10 minutes. We have two REWEs around the corner, various cafes, pubs and snacks, drinking halls, restaurants, flower shops, an Asian market etc., the Westpark is within a 15-minute walk. The stadium is relaxed with nem Wegbier.
For car drivers: it is recommended to have an inhabitant parking card, but a parking lot is fixed in the surrounding streets depending on the time of day.

Die Wohnung hat ne Toplage im Saarlandstraßenviertel. Die U-Bahn Stationen "Stadthaus" und "Saarlandstraße" sind jeweils fußläufig entspannt in maximal 5-10 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben zwei REWEs um die Ecke, diverse Cafes, Kneipen und Imbisse, Trinkhallen, Restaurants, Blumenläden, einen Asiamarkt usw., der Westpark ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Stadion läuft sich's ganz entspannt mit nem Wegbier.
Für Autofahrer*innen: es empfiehlt sich ein Bewohnerparkausweis, aber grundsätzlich findet sich je nach Tageszeit in den umliegenden Straßen fix ein Parkplatz.

Heyho, here we would like to introduce ourselves briefly: your future roommates are Fritz (32) and Laura (27).
Fritz has been living in the WG for 3.5 years. He works as a software developer (up to 95% in the home office) and usually strolls around in the gym or at the sports field. It is always in the case of a cold drink of its choice (crown export preferred), if the weather is appropriate, it hangs around the Möllerbrücke and would not say no to a relaxed gaming evening or the like.
Laura has been living in the WG for two years and is currently doing her master in biomedical technology. She also works as a student assistant. In her spare time she spends her money for concerts and Neapolitan pizza. In addition, she trains more or less effectively for a half marathon, likes to swim and has joined a grenade bike. For a relaxed game night, she is always to have. She is very happy to experiment with vegan/vegetarian cuisine and puts homemade pizza on her own pizza. Ideal for a common WG evening. :

Although we are both working and it is very quiet in the WG, especially under the week (on the day), we definitely do not strive for a purpose WG. At the moment we often talk to each other after work in the kitchen, but this can be sure to play on the one or the other beer in the kitchen or a common activity such as billiard.
Overall, our WG life is very simple and relaxed, free according to the motto "Everything can, nothing has to". Therefore, we prefer to look for an open-minded and communicative person who likes to be active in the WG life and can also be 5 grade.

The mandatory cleaning plan is there, but it is also more aimed at volunteers. Shared things like sink, toilet paper, etc. are shared with Splitwise.

Heyho, an dieser Stelle möchten wir uns mal kurz vorstellen: deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Fritz (32) und Laura (27).

Er ist immer bei einem Kaltgetränk seiner Wahl (Kronen Export bevorzugt) dabei, hängt bei entsprechendem Wetter gerne an der Möllerbrücke rum und würde auch zu einem entspannten Spieleabend oder dergleichen nicht nein sagen.
Laura wohnt seit zwei Jahren in der WG und macht zur Zeit ihren Master in Biomedizintechnik. Nebenbei arbeitet sie als studentische Hilfskraft. In ihrer Freizeit gibt sie ihr Geld für Konzerte und neapolitanische Pizza aus. Zusätzlich trainiert sie mehr oder weniger effektiv für einen Halbmarathon, geht gerne schwimmen und hat sich ein Gravelbike zugelegt. Für einen entspannten Spieleabend ist sie immer zu haben. Dazu sehr gerne, experimentiert sie mit der vegan/vegetarischen Küche und legt selbstgemachte Pizza auf den eigenen Pizzastein. Ideal für einen gemeinsamen WG-Abend. :)

Obwohl wir beide berufstätig sind und es vor allem unter der Woche (tagsüber) sehr ruhig in der WG ist, streben wir definitiv keine Zweck-WG an. Momentan quatschen wir oft nach der Arbeit in der Küche miteinander, dies lässt sich aber sicher auf das ein oder andere Bierchen in der Küche oder einer gemeinsamen Aktivitäten wie z.B. Billiard spielen.
Insgesamt ist unser WG-Leben sehr unkompliziert und entspannt, frei nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss". Von daher suchen wir am liebsten einen aufgeschlossenen und kommunikativen Menschen, der sich gerne aktiv im WG Leben einbringt und auch mal 5 grade sein lässt.

Der obligatorische Putzplan ist da, aber der ist auch mehr auf Freiwilligen-Basis ausgerichtet. Gemeinsam genutzte Sachen wie Spüli, Toilettenpapier usw. werden bei Splitwise geteilt.

The room is free from the 1st of May, but if you want to move in later (preferably not later than the 1st of June), it is not a problem.

Das Zimmer ist zwar ab dem 01.05. frei, wenn du allerdings erst später (am besten nicht später als der 01.06.) einziehen möchtest, stellt das auch kein Problem dar.
