The appartment is located at the 4th floor of multi family house and includes beneath this room a kitchen with a small table in it,a bathroom with a bathtub and the room of my flatmate Elif.
It's small and comfortable room of 11'2 which is very bright since it's located to the south.There is a roof slope in the room which has never disturbed me because you can place the bed under it. There is also a roof slope in the bathroom so standing showering is not possible ;-) but you can get used to it.
We have a washing machine in the cellar. Morever i would like to leave the furniture 1.4*2 bed with matress, a table in the bedroom, a closet made of tissue, the table in the kitchen and 2 chairs and some stuff for the cooking like pan, cooking pot... ect
the location of the apartment is great because althaught it is central in dortmund, it s very quiet inside because the flat is faced to the backyard.
There are many supermarkets and restaurents just a few minutes away.
It takes 2 mins to get to the station ''Heinrichstraße'' where the U43 and U44 connect you directly to the city. You can reach the main station with the public transport or bicycle in 10 minutes and the university in 20 minutes.
Morever the Westpark, the Tremoniapark and the Dortmund U are located nearby.
My flatmate Elif is 24 years old and studying Data science at the TU Dortmund in her second Master Semester. She is really nice,quiet and tidy person. We are cleaning the flat regularly per week as shared places.
I really enjoyed living with her because it was always uncomplicated
The costs for internet, broadcasting fees and electricity are 59 euro *other costs*, so all in all is 290 euro per month
