Ich untervermiete mein schönes Zimmer ab Anfang September bis mindestens Ende November. Ab Dezember könnte die Untervermietung eventuell noch verlängert werden (wir können darüber sprechen). Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und hat direkten Zugang zum Balkon mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht. Die WG verfügt über ein WC, ein Badezimmer (inklusive Waschmaschine) und eine gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, usw.). Die WG liegt nur 4-5 Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Dossenheim Süd entfernt und mit dem Fahrrad sind es nur 10-15 Minuten zur Universität (Neuenheimer Feld). Die Lage ist also wirklich ideal für Studenten, die im Neuenheimer Feld studieren. Derzeit wohnen 2 Männer in der WG, davon sind ein Mediziner und ein Lehramtsstudent. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und beinhaltet ein Bett, eine Matratze, einen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch und zwei Bücherregale.
I am subletting my beautiful room from the beginning of September until at least the end of November. The subletting may potentially be extended from December onwards (we can discuss it). The room is spacious, bright, and has direct access to a balcony with a beautiful view. The shared apartment has a toilet, a bathroom (including a washing machine), and a well-equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.). The apartment is only a 4-5 minute walk from the Dossenheim Süd stop, and it's just a 10-15 minute bike ride to the university (Neuenheimer Feld). This location is ideal for students studying in the Neuenheimer Feld area. Currently, 2 boys are living in the WG, including one medical student and one student pursuing a teaching degree. The room is furnished with a bed, a mattress, a wardrobe, a desk, and two bookshelves.
Die Untermiete erfolgt ohne Möglichkeit zur Wohnsitzanmeldung. Ab Dezember besteht eventuell die Möglichkeit, das WG-Zimmer direkt von der Vermieterin zu mieten, wobei eine Anmeldung selbstverständlich möglich ist.
