Das Zimmer hat dachgeschosstypisch schräge Decken, weshalb ca. 15qm ausgewiesen sind, wobei die Grundfläche ca. 17qm beträgt (nach Aussagen von Gästen ist das Zimmer geräumiger, als es auf den Fotos erscheinen mag). Darüber hinaus hat es ein großes Fenster, ein schönes Parkett und Zentral-Heizung. Gegen eine Abschlagszahlung kann, falls gewünscht, ein Schrank und Bett von der Vormieterin übernommen werden. Ein schöner Balkon ist an das Zimmer von Moritz angebunden, kann aber mitbenutzt werden

The room has a sloping roof ceilings, which is why15sqm are reported, but the floor area is actually 17sqm (according to guests, the room is more spacious, as it may appear in the photos). In addition, it has two large windows, a beautiful parquet and central heating. If desired, a bed and closet can be purchased from the previous tenant. A nice balcony is connected to the room of Moritz, but can be used by everone in the WG.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem Hinterhof in der Äußeren Neustadt, da wo man in Dresden wohnen möchte. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist in der Königsbrücker Straße top und es ist aufgrund der Hinterhauslage trotzdem sehr ruhig. Supermärkte, Spätis, Kino,Videothek, Apotheken und Bars sind um die Ecke. Auch zum Alaunpark oder in die Dresdener Heide sind es nur ein paar Schritte.

The apartment is very quiet, located in a backyard in the outer Neustadt, exactely where you want to live in Dresden.;) The public transport situation is great in (Tram 7,8,13, 10 minutes to Bahnhof Neustadt). Supermarkets, pharmacies, Spätis, cinema and bars are just around the corner and both the Alaunpark and the Dresdener Heide are only a few steps away.

Du wirst mit Tarun und Moritz zusammen wohnen. Tarun ist PhD-Student in Biophysik. In seiner Freizeit ist er gerne sportlich unterwegs, spielt Gitarre oder ist mit Freunden in der Neustadt unterwegs. Moritz hat Informationssystemtechnik studiert und ist nun als wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter tätig. Den Großteil seiner Freizeit verbringt er damit, klettern zu gehen und Klavier zu spielen, ist aber auch für anderen Unternehmungen zu haben. Wir sind zwar vor allem unabhängig voneinander unterwegs, freuen uns aber sehr, wenn ab und zu längere Gespräche oder gemeinsame Kochabende in unserer WG-Küche entstehen.

You will be living with Tarun and Moritz. Tarun is a PhD student in Biophysics. In his free time, he enjoys being active, playing guitar, or going out with friends in the Neustadt area. Moritz studied Information Systems Engineering and is now working as a research associate. He spends most of his free time rock climbing and playing the piano, but he’s also open to other activities. While we mostly go about our own routines, we do enjoy having longer conversations or cooking together in our shared kitchen from time to time.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 15.03.2025 frei. Solltest du erst etwas später einziehen können, finden wir bestimmt auch gemeinsam eine Lösung. Schreibt doch einfach ein paar Zeilen über euch ...und den Rest könnt ihr ja beim Gespräch erfahren. Wir freuen uns auf euch :)

Bitte habt Verständnis dafür, dass Besichtigungen erst ab dem 17.2 stattfinden könne, da Moritz für die nächsten drei Wochen verreist ist. Falls eine schnelle Entscheidung notwendig ist, könnte man sich aber eventuell Gedanken über ein Treffen mit Tarun und Online-Treffen mit Moritz Gedanken machen.

The room is free from the 15th of March. If you are not able to move in by that date, we will surely find a solution together . Just drop us a message with few lines about you ... and the rest you can find out when you visit us for a cup of coffee. We are looking forward to meeting you :)

Visiting is possible from the 17th of February onwards since Moritz is travelling until then. If a fast decision is needed, meeting Tarun in person and Moritz online might be a possibility.
