❤️ Commuting: The Strassbahn 3, 8 and 62 buses go directly to tu dresden within 50 metres nearby.One stop away from the uni, the bus ride takes about three minutes to get to the uni. Walking time to uni is ten minutes. The central railway station is only a five minute walk away.
❤️ Neighbourhood: There is a supermarket (Netto), a library and a school canteen 50 metres away, and the central railway station (Burger King, Genghis Khan Chinese restaurant, rewe, Chinese supermarket) is a five minute walk away.
❤️ Rent and other: both male roommates are TUD students, one of them is German and speaks good English. The flatmates are very nice and have lived here for four years.The rent is around 365 euros (the rent was increased at the end of last year), the contract is with vinovia directly. ❤️ Requirements Male and female students are available, I hope you can love clean, good to get along with, do not have pets
