Guten Tag,
Ich habe dieses Zimmer seit Oktober 2024 für das ganze Jahr gemietet. Leider befinde ich mich so selten hier, dass ich es gerne zu Untermiete geben würde an einen Studenten oder Praktikanten (Geschlecht egal) in Dresden. Es sollte eine zuverlässige und nette Person sein, die sozial ist und sich wohl unter anderen jungen Menschen fühlt. Das Zimmer ist mit dem wichtigsten ausgerüstet und saniert. Es braucht nur noch eine Person, die da lebt.
Ich wohne mit meiner Schwester weniger Meter von dieser Wohnung entfernt, also wäre ich für den neuen Untermieter/Untermieterin leicht erreichbar, falls irgendwann was wäre.

I have rented this room for a year since October 2024. Unfortunately, I am so rarely here that I would like to sublet it to a student or intern (gender doesn't matter) in Dresden. The person I am looking for should be a reliable and nice person who is social and feels comfortable with other young people. The room is equipped with the essentials and refurbished. It only needs someone to live in it.
I live with my sister a few meters away from this apartment, so I would be easily accessible for the new lodger, in case I would be needed.
