Ab Anfang Februar wird ein etwa 12 qm großes Zimmer in unserer tollen WG frei ( #1 Im Grundriss). Von deinen zwei Fenstern aus hast du einen wunderschönen Blick über Dresden und unseren Innenhof. In Absprache können auch gern Möbel (z.B. Schreibtisch) übernommen werden.
Im Mittelpunkt der WG steht der 21qm große Wohn- Koch- und Essbereich, der uns als WG fürs gemeinsame Kochen, Trinken, Philosophieren oder zum Filme gucken dient. Dieser Raum ist ausgestattet mit einer Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler und Theke, 2 Kühlschränken, einem Sofa mit Leinwand und Beamer etc.
Die Wohnung füllt das gesamte Dachgeschoss und ist sehr WG-gerecht gestaltet. Zu fünft nutzen wir 2 geräumige Tageslichtbäder. Im Haus wohnt noch eine weitere 5er WG und eine Familie. Alle sind super lieb und man hilft sich untereinander gerne aus. Da wir keine direkten Nachbarn haben, ist es auch nicht schlimm, wenn es abends mal etwas lauter wird. Es steht ebenfalls ein Kellerraum, Fahrradraum, Abstellräume, Parkplatz (kostenpflichtig), Dachboden und Garten zur Verfügung. In der Warmmiete von 318 € EUR ist der Strom, GEZ und das Internet inbegriffen, es kommt also absolut nichts mehr dazu!

Wer unsere gemeinsame Wohnküche betritt, bleibt dort selten lange allein und kann sich jederzeit mit den anderen austauschen. Trotzdem hat man, wenn man will, stets seine Ruhe für sich. Allgemein herrscht in unserer WG ein sehr angenehmes Klima.
