Your room is approx. 17qm the second largest of the apartment. The high ceilings provide plenty of old building arms, the huge window will give you a lot of light all day long and the east orientation will give you many hours in the morning sun! Adjacent to Valenta's room and the neighboring house, you always enjoy relaxing peace in your future four walls. Sockets are still available and there are no need for the room to darken if necessary. The apartment is located in the high ground floor, so you are hidden from the outside in spite of the ground floor. In the basement and storage room/bar you can accommodate everything possible. The room can be handed over furniture and/or unfurnished.
The location leaves nothing to be desired: The Elbe is just a 3-minute walk from where you can enjoy a magnificent Dresden panorama and endless cycling paths. In 3 minutes you can walk to the bus to the old town, 6 minutes to the train to the new city. By bike you put the 1-2 km more fixed. Rewe, Rossmann, Aldi, Consumption, Schwerdtner, Zazas Döner (🫶) and a DHL branch are all within a few minutes walking distance.
If the path to the Elbe is too far, the green courtyard oasis, which divides the entire row of houses here in a neighboring manner, invites you to stay – seating, linen line and plenty of space for the gardening extinction!
The WG live next to you:
Oskar (24), medical student, likes to drive self-driven two-wheelers, is virtuoso on the skatblatt and if I pull out the best chess player in the house.
Valenta (22), Studying with teeth, is the good soul of the house. Hard to swing between volleyball field, bibo and university, she still finds time for crisp snack.
Living together has always been at the most loose-flocking-uncomplicated – if I hadn't been in the distance, I would have liked to stay here. You should bring a few skills in terms of open communication, tolerance and basic order. We were and are not a purpose WG, that is, it would be nice to have you occasionally for the pleasure of joint ventures, the one or other WG party and sellige kitchen evenings. :
