Das große Zimmer hat ca 20 Quadratmeter, ist vollmöbeliert mit Schreibtisch, Bett, leerem Schrank für dein Zeug und Sofa. Du solltest allerdings keine Hundehaarallergie haben, auch wenn der Hund auch auf Reisen ist, werden sich noch ein paar Haare verstecken. Dieses Zimmer kostet 310€/Monat.
Außerdem haben wir ein fancy Bad mit Ausblick von der Badewanne aus, einen sonnigen, bepflanzten Balkon und eine super ausgestattete Küche. Über dein Fenster hast du direkten Zugang zum Balkon.

The big room is around 20 square meters large and fully furnished. You shouldn't be allergic to dogs, because even if the dog is travelling with Carmen, there will be some hair somewhere. This room will cost 310€/month.
Our bathroom is really beautiful with a bathtub and we have a sunny balcony with plants. The kitchen is very well equipped. You can reach the balcony directly through your window.
Bus 62 und 64 vor der Haustür, Straßenbahnen in 10min Laufweite. Mit dem Rad 12min in die Neustadt, 20-30min zum TU Hauptcampus je nach Wadenstraffheit, zum Medi Campus 3min. In der Straße gibts einen Eisladen, Döner, ein syrisches Café und eine Pizzeria. Netto, Diska, Konsum, Aldi, Bioeckladen und VG (Bio Verbrauchsgenossenschaft) sind in Laufweite. Und die Elbwiesen als extended Version unseres Balkons sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt.

In the street you can find an ice cream shop, Döner, Pizza, Netto, Konsum, Aldi, VG (biological supermarket)...And the Elbe (as an extended version of the balcony) is also just 5min by foot.
Dein fulltime-Mitbewohner ist Julius (veganer Informatiker), ein herzlicher und unkomplizierter Mensch. Üblicherweise wohnt Carmen (Medizinerin mit Knuddelhündin) noch hier. Carmen (großes Zimmer) geht für 2 Monate, vom 07.02 bis 29.03 (mit Hund) auf Reisen und sucht für diesen Zeitraum eine Zwischenmiete. Im dritten Zimmer wohnt Charlotte, auch zur Zwischenmiete .Es werden überlicherweise Einkäufe geteilt, mal zusammen gekocht und ein Wein getrunken oder ein Spieleabend gemacht. Wir haben keinen Bock auf doofe Grundeinstellungen (Frauen-gehören-an-den-Herd, PegidiotInnen, BurschenschaftlerInnen).

Your roomie will be Julius (studies computer science, vegan), a warm-hearted and uncomplicated person. Carmen (living in the big room, medi-student with a nice dog) is going to travel from 07.02 till 29.03 and we are looking for someone in this period.his period is a little more flexible. Normally we split the groceries, cook sometimes together or drink wine and play games. We don't want right-wing or antifeminist tendencies in our home.
