The apartment is located on the edge of the New Town; in the heart where Fox and Hase say Hello, it takes good 10 minutes walk, on bike 5! Neustadt Train Station is also roughly 5 minutes. From there you can easily drive away from Dresden (How about a short trip to Görlitz, Hoyerswerda, Meißen, Hannover, Prague or Berlin?) and explore the city by tram and S-Bahn. The university is from there.
Otherwise there is a lid in 5 minutes, Rewe, Aldi, Simmel (Edeka) and Rossmann in each case for 10 minutes. In the Bhf you can also shop on Sundays. To the Elbe or to the Old Town you can also walk leisurely if you like it.

Die Wohnung liegt am Rande der Neustadt; ins Herz, wo sich Fuchs und Hase Hallo sagen, braucht es gute 10 Minuten zu Fuß, aufm Fahrrad 5! Zum Bahnhof Neustadt sind es ebenfalls grob 5 Minuten. Von dort kannst du dann ganz schnell aus Dresden wegfahren (Wie wäre es mit einem Kurztrip nach Görlitz, Hoyerswerda, Meißen, Hannover, Prag oder Berlin?) und alternativ die Stadt per Straßenbahn und S-Bahn erkunden. Zur Uni gehts von dort auch.
Ansonsten gibts einen Lidl in 5 Minuten, Rewe, Aldi, Simmel (Edeka) und Rossmann jeweils so 10 Minuten. Im Bhf kann man kurzerhand auch Sonntags shoppen. Zur Elbe oder zur Altstadt kannst du auch gemächlich laufen, wenn du darauf Lust hast.

I (Alex) spend half a year in mid-March for my internship, so a place in one of the best neighborhoods - the Rudikiez will be free to rent!

Lisa studies architecture, likes to be in Oka or at work (Dicker Schmidt) and has a small hand for coffee and Italian noodle variations. She likes to travel in cafes and flea markets in the Neuse and likes to photograph analogue.
I'm Forsti and I'm writing my bachelor's thesis, so I'm also happy to be out there - in the woods of course, on the Elbe, on the table tennis table and also in the new town I'm more often to find. I like to make waffles and keep the plants alive here.
We have a friendly, close relationship, together make things (if time is there) and keep up regularly.
When the summer comes back, we will have a lot of time on the balcony to eat coffee, beer, quiche, waffles to Sunday, cigarettes and all kinds of other things. I would be very happy if you also have Bock on it and we don't just live past each other (consumers and addictions are not a must)! Of course, everyone has to make their own stuff.
In addition, we have many plants whose collection you like to expand and I have just started a small garden project in the backyard with a neighbour.
From time to time there is also a small, shy but dear dog, which is very important if you have an allergy or are afraid of dogs. (But believe me, he is much more afraid of you)
We can be on the way out together or just have a drink at the Biospäti.

Ich (Alex) ziehe Mitte März für mein Praktikum für ein halbes Jahr aus, damit wird ein Platz in einem der besten Viertel - dem Rudikiez zur Untermiete frei!

Lisa studiert Architektur, ist gern im Oka oder auf Arbeit (Dicker Schmidt) und hat ein Händchen für Kaffee und italienische Nudelvariationen. Sie ist gern in Cafés und Flohmärkten in der Neuse unterwegs und mag analoges fotografieren.
Ich bin Forsti und schreibe gerade meine Bachelorarbeit, darum bin ich auch gern draußen unterwegs - im Wald natürlich, an der Elbe, ner Tischtennisplatte und auch in der Neustadt bin ich öfters zu finden. Ich mach gern Waffeln und halte die Pflanzen hier am Leben.
Wir haben ein freundschaftliches, enges Verhältnis, machen zusammen Sachen (sofern Zeit da ist) und halten uns regelmäßig auf dem Laufenden.
Wenn der Sommer wieder kommt werden wir wieder viel Zeit auf dem Balkon verquatschen, um Kaffee, Bier, Quiche, Waffeln zum Sonntag, Zigaretten und allerlei Sonstiges zu verzehren. Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn du auch Bock drauf hast und wir nicht einfach aneinander vorbei leben (Genuss- und Suchtmittel sind kein Muss)! Natürlich hat auch jeder seinen eigenen Kram zu machen.
Außerdem haben wir viele Pflanzen, deren Sammlung du gern erweitern kannst und ich habe mit einem Nachbarn gerade ein kleines Gartenprojekt im Hinterhof gestartert.
Ab und zu ist hier auch ein kleiner, schüchterner aber lieber Hundi zu Besuch, was ja ganz wichtig ist, falls du dahingehend ne Allergie besitzt oder Angst vor Hunden hast. (Aber glaub mir, er hat weit mehr Angst vor dir^^)
Wir können gerne zusammen draußen unterwegs sein oder einfach abends ein Getränk am Biospäti wegzischen.

Das Zimmer ist vom 1. März bis 1. Oktober frei. Das Ein- und Auszugsdatum ist an sich aber flexibel, darüber können wir gerne nochmal sprechen wenn es dir nicht passt. Vor allem im März könntest du auch schon früher einziehen wenn das für dich notwendig ist.
