Willkommen!
Ich werde nächsten Februar auf eine 3 Monatige Reise nach Asien aufbrechen und freue mich, mein Zimmer zur Verfügung zu stellen.
Die WG ist eine schöne drei Zimmer Altbauwohnung in Löbtau mit einer gemütlichen Küche und einem einladenden Küchentisch für gemeinsame Abende. Da es kein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer gibt, sind wir entweder gemeinsam in der Küche oder jeweils beieinander in den Zimmern.
Das Zimmer ist mit Kleiderstange und Kommode für Klamotten ausgestattet. Für die Größe ist eigentlich alles dabei. Es gibt ein Hochbett und Sofa und eine Ecke mit dem Schreibtisch. Da es eine Zwischenmiete ist, bleiben alle Möbel im Zimmer.

Welcome to my room!
I will be leaving on a 3 month trip to Asia next February and am happy to make my room available.
The flat share is a nice three-room apartment in an old building in Löbtau with a cozy kitchen and an inviting kitchen table for evenings together. As there is no shared living room, we are either together in the kitchen or together in the rooms.
The room is equipped with a clothes rail and chest of drawers for clothes. Everything is actually there for the size. There is a bunk bed and sofa and a corner with a desk. As it is a temporary rental, all the furniture stays in the room.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut angebunden. Innerhalb von zwei Minuten kann man sowohl die Tram Linie 12 (Richtung Uni/Innenstadt) und Linie 2 (Richtung Innenstadt) nehmen. Es sind innerhalb von 10 min. mehrere Supermärkte (Netto, Aldi, Rewe) fußläufig erreichbar. Die Lage in Löbtau ist angemehm ruhig und in unserem Haus sind überwiedend Jüngere Bewohner und keine Kinder.

The apartment is very well connected. Within two minutes you can take the tram line 12 (direction university/city center) and line 2 (direction city center). There are several supermarkets (Netto, Aldi, Rewe) within 10 minutes walking distance. The location in Löbtau is pleasantly quiet and in our house are predominantly younger residents and no children.

Mit mir in der WG sind zwei weitere Mädels Anne und Chrissi. Anne arbeitet für das Hygienemuseum und ist nur teilweise unter der Woche da und dann gerne im Gespräch. Chrissi schreibt gerade ihre Abschlussarbeit und wird danach wahrscheinlich die WG verlassen.
Wir haben einen gemeinsamen Kühlschrank, teilen uns auch ein paar basic Lebensmittel, aber jede kann ihre eigenen Lebensmittel kaufen und nutzen. Je nachdem wie wir immer wieder Lust haben, kochen wir gemeinsam, oder jede isst ihr Essen. Du kannst auch gerne eigene Freunde einladen.

There are two other girls in the shared flat with me, Anne and Chrissi. Anne works for the Hygiene Museum and is only sometimes there during the week, when she likes to talk about her day. Chrissi is currently writing her thesis and will probably leave the shared flat afterwards.
We have a shared fridge and also share some basic groceries, but we can each buy and use our own food. Depending on what we feel like doing, we cook together or each eat our own food. You are also welcome to invite your own friends.

Ich kann leider nicht alle persönlichen Dinge aus dem Zimmer räumen. Daher sollte es in Ordnung sein, dass ein Paar Sachen von mir im Zimmer bleiben.
