Hallo,
wir sind Karl und Tally, studieren im Moment noch an der TU und suchen jmd für unser 3. Zimmer als Nachmieter, da die Vormieterin mit ihrem Freund zusammenzieht. Die Wohnung liegt in Löbtau Nord, 5min von der Haltestelle Bünaustraße weg und damit ist alles zur Uni oder in die Innenstadt bzw Neustadt sehr fix zu erreichen. Hier gibt es dazu noch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und den Studentenclub Gisela.🕺🏽
Zur WG selbst: Eine Zweck-WG sind wir nicht, gern unternehmen wir mal was zsm, essen zusammen oder trinken den ein oder anderen Vino- doch jede(r) will auch mal seine Ruhe, das ist klar. 😁
Wir sind erst letztes Jahr im Mai hier zu dritt eingezogen und die Wohnung war frisch renoviert, demnach ist es noch recht schick hier. 😁
