Das Zimmer bemisst 2,60x4,60m mit hohen Decken. Aktuell steht noch win angepasstes Hochbett darin, das übernommen werden kann (ohne Aufpreis). Aktuell wird das Zimmer noch renoviert bzw. wird das passieren. Das Fenster ist auf der Straßenabgewangen Seite und damit ist das Zimmer auch noch im Sommer gut temperiert.

Die Wg ist direkt am Conertplatz gelegen und bieten damkt nicht nur eine super anbinden an den Nachverkehr und den Conertplatz als Mini Park. Einkaufen, Bäcker, Apotheke und Cafe alles nah gelegen.

Hier ist Platz uns vorzustellen. Wir sind Otto und Johannes, ein Student und ein Glabau Azubi. Als Wg kommt es schon öfters vor das wir gemeinsam essen, aber das ist kein Zwang sondern eher ein Angebot.

Die Wg hat eine vollausgestatte Küche und eine Waschmaschine. Lagerraum gibt es in Form von Keller und Dachboden. Zu erwähnen ist aber auch das unser Bad sehr klein ist und mehr zweckmäßiger Natur ist.
